I. Key Result Areas / Job Responsibilities: 1. Assists in menu planning, costs, and prepares menu engineering worksheet 2. Generates and submits popularity report of menu items to F&B Manager and recommends actions to be taken to non-performing menu items 3. Reviews quarterly the function menu packages in order to monitor their continued profitability 4. Monitors and ensures that actual consumption and expenses of general supplies are always within the allowable budget, food and beverage cost is within the allowable food and cost percentage 5. Ensures that spoilage, losses, waste are recorded and reduced to the minimum if not totally eliminated.  These items should be adjusted directly in the System on a monthly basis 6. Helps in the actual inventory at the end of each month at the Main Storeroom and outlets to determine if physical count and the record in the Fidelio System are reconciled 7. At the end of the month, reconciles purchases received in the system with A

-5 years of Cost Accounting experience in the Manufacturing industry for semiconductors, wiring and electrical. -Register CPA -Willing to be assigned in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Job description - This role will assist the Accounting Officer with updating the records on the ERP accounting system, checking and reconciliation of inventory, as well as perform physical inventories when needed - Update, create and check newly requested item codes and maintain a soft copy in a folder. - Provide critical assessment and matching of all PRS, PO, RR and Invoices generated thru the ERP System to be approved by the Accounting Officer. -Ensures the maintenance in filing of a copy of Receiving Reports per business unit chronologically in soft (scanned copy) files and ensure the sales invoice and official receipts are attached. - Perform additional responsibilities within the department as assigned
