Pangunahing Pananagutan: Tinitiyak ang kaayusan ng mga sasakyan ng kumpanya at naidedeliver ang mga
produkto base sa skedyul ng logistics
Mga Tungkulin:
1. Tinitiyak na naibibigay ang tamang driver sa ipinadalang iskedyul na galing sa Logistics
2. Sinusubaybayan ang mga delivery sa oras oras, tracking, updating and montoring
3. Sinisiguro na mayroong mga sasakyan na magagamit sa oras ng delivery at admin service
4. Sinisiguro na lahat ng naibigay na iskedyul ng logistics ay nasunod (kahit ito ay biglaan na hindi naisasakrispisyo ang
orihinal na iskedyul)
5. Nagsusumite ng mga sumusunod:
– justification report sa araw araw na pangangailangan ng departamento
– Drivers’s Monitoring Report sa Logistics at Sales Section
– weekly overtime ayon sa itinalagang iskedyul at ang kanyang oras ng pag-uwi
6. Gumagawa ng monitoring para sa diesel at ito ay ipinapasok sa SAP System para sa araw araw na transaksyon
7. Nag-iiskedyul ng mga pumapasok na tao para sa admin at sa plant na hindi naisasakripisyo ang badyet ng kumpanya
8. Gumagawa ng summary report ng isang buong lingong byahe ng shuttle na ginagamit para sa mga tao na hindi dapat
lalagpas ng kalahati ang kailangan babayaran ng kumpanya
9. Nagmomonitor at iskedyul ng mga ginagamit na trucks at service na sasakyan kung ito ay kailangan na dumaan sa
preventive maintenance
10. Sinisiguro na na-double check ng mga billing bago ito gawan ng Justification at Purchase request bago bayaran
11. Nagtatakda ng iskedyul (tao at pwesto) base sa manpower requirement at standard manpower set up ng seksyon
12. Sinisigurado na ang aktwal na manpower ay:
– nasa itinakdang pwesto
– base sa standard manpower set up
13. Ipinagbibigaya-alam sa supervisor kung kulang ang manpower
14. Nagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon patungkol sa naganap na insidente/violation at nagbibigay ng rekomendasyon sa
pangdisiplinang hakbang
15. Nagtatalaga ng mga ibang pwesto para sa mga tao na naka-idle base sa instruction ng superyor
16. Nagsasagawa ng regular na pakikipag-usap sa nasasakupan (hal.coaching, mentoring) ukol sa kanyang performance
at iba pang direksyon
17. Nagbibigay rekomendasyon para sa nasasakupan na magkakaroon ng movement (promotion, transfer, regularization,
resignation) at developmental interventions base sa performance at competency
18. Sinusubaybayan ang pagsunod ng mga nasasakupan sa polisiya katulad ng: GMP, CRR, SOP, Work Instructions,
Safety Standards at mga ibinabang mga sistema at polisiya.
