DUTIES:

• Establish and maintain records in a specified software/application, e.g. Trello, GSuite, Emails
• Audit workflow of processes and procedures
• Auditing checklist if its done or not
• Compile training documents i.e, videos, photos, forms
• Ensure that all checklist in the Trello App are completed
• Ensure calendar appointments are plotted correctly
• Operates from an assigned computer to generate reports and other materials
• May serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and or operations matters.
• Performs a wide variety of assignments which may be confidential in nature and require research to complete;
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has college Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
• At least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is an advantage
• Record maintenance skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
• Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment
• Organizing and coordinating skills
