Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle, which includes all activities for recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and off boarding. Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making. Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals. Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues. Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin. Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal and preparation for yearly salary review, promotion and budget for reporting.

Preparation of Quarterly Income tax and Annual Income Tax Returns (ITR) working papers for submission to Accounting Manager. Assists in preparation and submission of government requirements related to licensing, such as CDC registrations, PAGCOR, SEC, BIR, and Local Municipality requirements.
