Duties and Responsibilities • Assist physicians with administering emergency care and consultation to patients • Explain procedures to patients and answer questions as needed • Administer medications to patients • Provide medications and first aid treatments to employees • Facilitate injured and sick employee transport to nearest hospital • Perform annual employee medical examinations • Monitor and update condition reports for sick employees • Verify medical certificates and perform diagnostic test evaluation • Responsible in encoding pre employment medical records • Maintain all employee and medical records • Ensure submission of fit to work • Responsible in referring patients to hospital and diagnostic centers • Monitor good housekeeping, fire standards, chemical compliance, PPE and safety in all departments • Responsible for the reports and log books of Safety and Health • Investigate, write and submit OHS in

Graduate Of 2-Year Course Or 2 Years In College ; Sr. High School Graduate with Technical NCII Certificate

Prefferably Graduate Of Industrial Engineering

High School Graduate With Driver’s License Restriction Code 8
