I. Key Result Areas / Job Responsibilities:

1. Assists in menu planning, costs, and prepares menu engineering worksheet

2. Generates and submits popularity report of menu items to F&B Manager and recommends actions to be taken to non-performing menu items

3. Reviews quarterly the function menu packages in order to monitor their continued profitability

4. Monitors and ensures that actual consumption and expenses of general supplies are always within the allowable budget, food and beverage cost is within the allowable food and cost percentage

5. Ensures that spoilage, losses, waste are recorded and reduced to the minimum if not totally eliminated.  These items should be adjusted directly in the System on a monthly basis
6. Helps in the actual inventory at the end of each month at the Main Storeroom and outlets to determine if physical count and the record in the Fidelio System are reconciled

7. At the end of the month, reconciles purchases received in the system with Accounts Payable Section recorded purchases.  Ending inventory balances reflected in the Fidelio System and General Ledger ending trial balance shall be reconciled with the actual ending inventory

8. Prepares month-end reports (journal entries and supporting documents and submits on time

9. Assist the Cost Controller in the performance of tasks that may be assigned from time to time

1.1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

2. Experience

2.1. At least 2 years experience in cost accounting preferably hotel/resort industry or accounting supervisory works
