Key Responsibilities:


1)   Manage and Expand Membership

·         Develop Marketing Collaterals and Portfolio

·         Develop advertising and promotion strategies

·         Conduct active membership sign-up activities

·         Collect membership fees

·         Prepare and issue membership certificates

·         Maintain member database and directory

·         Manage Newsletter, Website and other Social Media accounts


2)   Office Management/General Administration

·         Registration to concerned government agencies

·         Budget Preparation / Fund Management

·         General Accounting

·         Records Management

·         Administrative and general services

·         Manage office communications

·         Perform secretariat functions

·         Act of CHRC liaison to various public/private organizations


3)   Project and Resource Management

·         Form strategic alliances with local / global partners

·         Develop relevant projects and programs

·         Act as project oversight / project manager

·         Ensure successful and timely project implementation per agreed timelines and revenue targets

·         Develop resource mobilization strategies

·         Manage fundraising activities

·         Manage promotional activities


4)   Member Services

·         Conduct relevant surveys among members

·         Develop capability building, training and development activities

·         Disseminate job vacancies for member companies

·         Promote business matching and networking activities

·         Represent the membership in various forums

·         Update members about CHRC activities and initiatives
