Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree holder of Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Equivalent
A minimum of Five (5) years of human resource management preferred
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Good time management and multitasking skills
Good communication skills in English both oral & written
Primary Responsibilities:
A. General/ Administration
Manage all general Reception duties/supervise & direct Receptionist (If there is no receptionist, all receptionist duties to be undertaken by the Office Manager)
Manage all non-project related insurances for the Group and ensure they are kept up to date
Providing personal assistance to Managing Director as and when required
Sourcing local suppliers/service providers for office related matters
Management of office maintenance and lease
Ensure proper flow of office documentation
Coordination of licensing and training required for Company as required
Facilitate communication between staff and management
B. Human Resources
Oversee all HR functions
Prepare new employee contracts and coordinate induction with personnel in relevant office
Provide new employees with induction pack and ensure relevant documentation is returned promptly
First point of contact for all HR enquiries/complaints
Initiate and implement new policies and procedures as and when needed to improve administrative functions
Ensure that Admin, HR and IT policies are adhered to
